Hello & apologies for the delay!? ? Since the submission of Mr*** email to the Revdex.com, we have addressed / fixed the issues in the complaint.? On 1-19-Mr*** came to our shop & dealt with all concerns.? The following are the resolutions...- Spreader bar was
used on cargo rack (not the bed).? This is common for the rack systems to need small adjustments from truck to truck.? In this case the rack did pinch the bed of the truck in.? On Jan 19th we relieved the pressure on the rack so that the tailgate no longer rubs & bed is in alignment.-Although no topper is guaranteed to be water tight, we water tested the topper & found that the doors only leaked when open.? ? -Our invoices do default to what says a "Clamp" installation.? Unfortunately toppers with side tool boxes must be bolted down.? The tool boxes will not allow for a clamp on installation.-All lock cores are coded to Mr*** truck key.-Bed Slide system installed 1-19-18.Per our manager - Brad B***, Mr*** left with everything ordered on 1-19-& was satisfied with the product & installation.? It is our intent to call Mr*** & confirm this to be true.? Thank you?
