I highly recommend Suburban Sanitation! They have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (which is extremely important to me) which is why I chose to sign up for trash service with Suburban SanitationThere are less expensive companies out there but Suburban answers their phone! Also, we have never had any issues with trash pickup at all! They even show up on Holidays!!! I highly recommend Suburban to anyone in need of sanitation service

Always on time and reliable service

Service was good, but then one day a guy in a pickup truck showed up at out house, and requested our garbage can. When asked why, the reply was we're not servicing this location anymore, He had paperwork but wouldn't show the paperwork. The bill was current and paid. Very rude individual. Funny thing is, they are picking up at one place on our road, and most all of the neighborhood. So I won't recommend this business.

Great experience so far! Owner and team have been very responsive and always timely with any requests I have. I would not hesitate to refer to others!

We have been with Suburban for a number of years now and are extremely happy with their services. They have made making payments much easier than when they first started. They have kept their price extremely reasonable and are reliable as clockwork. We also really like the fact that they place bins and trash cans neatly after removal of contents. This seems like a small thing but we've had to fish our trash cans out of thick undergrowth with city services in the past.
