Suburban Roofing of Scarsdale

I am rejecting this response because:  The damaged slacks were in perfect condition before they were stained by Cowboy Cleaners.  The slacks had been dry cleaned before by another local cleaners (last year) and they were cleaned perfectly.  Cowboy Cleaners some how stained my slacks and are responsible for the damage that followed when they tried to remove the stain (frayed material and leg shrinkage).  I am not responsible nor is the maker of the slacks responsible.  Cowboy Cleaners does not want to address their liability.  Cowboy Cleaners' Manager refused to return my phone calls.  Cowboy Cleaners is guilty for the damage and nobody else.
