Suburban Propane, LP

Review: On Saturday, March 7, 2015 I woke up to a freezing cold house(53 degrees). I have 2 small children so I called an HVAC company who responded and starting diagnosis on the unit. Several hours later a Suburban Propane rep knocked on my door to say they had let my community run out of propane. I live in a townhome and have no way of knowing how much propane is left in the community tank. I was left with a bill of $579.00 which I provided to Suburban propane. Which I tried for 2 weeks to get a hold of the contact person for this matter at Suburban ([redacted]) after multiple calls and emails [redacted] finally spoke with me and told me he would credit my account $218.50. I wasn't happy with this amount but it was better than nothing. Since this conversation I have received a bill from Suburban with no credit showing. I tried to contacting [redacted] and his assistant but neither have responded me. I feel like [redacted] and this company are giving me the run around and this is not good business practice. I really don't know what else to do at this point as it has now been 19 days and no resolution only empty promises and lies.
