Review: I changed gas companies because of a price increase and notified Suburban Propane to please come and pick up their tanks. On 12/**/2013 they came and removed their tanks. On 12/**/2013 I received an invoice from Suburban showing a balance of -131.32 which is what is owed to me for the remaining gas in the tanks. I called to make sure this was my refund and asked when it would be sent, I was told probably in a couple of weeks. On 1/**/2014 I received an statement from Suburban that said the same thing the invoice said on 12/**/2013. I called them again and told them that I've received an invoice and a statement but no refund check, and asked when I could expect my refund since it was a month since they picked up my tanks. I was told that the refund would be sent in about a month. If I made them wait that long before paying them they would of let me run out of gas. Iam a senior citizen and my husband is 64 years old and we could certainly use the $131.32. I would like to know if there is a time frame for them to return our money?Desired Settlement: We are owed $131.32 for the gas remaining in the tanks.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
