The hot water has been out for over a week unable to stay a shower and with the current pandemic going on it is very unsafe that we are unable to wash our hands with hot water or clean and sanitize our rooms properly. The manager and other staff members have not made any efforts to resolve the issue or to provide us with another room.
In response to Complaint ID, ***
Unfortunately, the boiler in Building without notice stopped working and is in need of replacement. We are diligently working to have the boiler replaced. We have had several repair companies out to the property to access the system. However, Building is working fine as they are two separate buildings with two separate boilers.
The guests were offered to move to Building last Friday, 05/01/20 but, they refused, due to the room type they currently have not being available in Building *. The guests are using a room in Building to shower as needed. As of today, 05/07/20 the room type they requested has opened up due to an early departure and our priority is move the guests without delay.
All the best,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
We were never offered a room of any type on May 1st,2020. My husband and I spoke with the manager outside that Friday afternoon and she stated that there was nothing she could do and that the issue was out of her hands. She then stated that the conversation was over and begin walking back inside the main building. As of today at 10:50am a staff member came and stated that our room type was now available and we had until noon to remove all belongings from the room and move into the available one. We are a family of six which includes four children and have been residing here since February of this year. We are not able to move our belongings, food, and other things that we have in one hour. We felt that giving us a time frame to do this was very inconsiderate and was only done so because this claim had been received. We are not the only guests that are dealing with this issue and I feel that we have all been very understanding and patient throughout this ordeal however we are not happy with the response time or resolution that was offered.

Hello *** Thank you again, for keeping us
updated on this matter. Please understand that our hotels are individually
owned and operated and we do not manage the day to day operations. At this time
we have been notified by the property that they are working on addressing this concern
and have offered to relocate you and your family to another room. Although, I understand your
frustration and would like to obtain further resolution, I must ask that you
continue to work with management while you are still residing in the hotel. If
you contact us, we may be able to see if there is another location nearby with
comparable rates, if you would like to vacate this property. If you choose to
continue to stay despite the efforts being made to correct the problem, I cannot
provide resolution until you have vacated the property. We will take into
consideration what has been done to rectify the situation to that point. I
cannot guarantee resolution at this time. I have made the hotel aware that
we are staying posted on the situation and we will follow up with them as well.
In the meantime, please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Regards, Kris K.Executive Guest ServicesChoice Hotels International ***
