I am a loyal Ford buyer I own a Ford ***, and was contacted on a weekend to inquire if I had considered trading in my vehicle as there was someone interested in mine I really did think that sounded odd, but being the very loyal Ford customer I drove down Was very disappointed at being shown vehicles that were years older than mine and with almost 70,km more than mine I asked repeatedly what I was going to be given for my car as I may consider a new one...never got an answer...was contacted at work saying that my car had been pre sold (was unaware that could happen without papers being signed)...again asked what I was getting for my car...the calls stopped, not even a thank you very much
