Suburban Morris Water Condition Co

Review: The water treatment unit was picked up by Suburban back in March 2013 but they continue billing us for the unit. I have been calling them since March 2013 and they agree that we should not be billed but Linda in billing is not authorized to correct it. She said it has to be corrected by [redacted] the Service Manager. We have left messages for him on his voice mail and he has not returned them. On 7/15/13 Linda told us that [redacted] was in the hospital and that the owner would call us. To date we have not received a call back and we continue to be billed for a unit that we do not have.Desired Settlement: Remove all outstanding charges from our account.

I am rejecting this response because:

I called Suburban Morris in August and asked them to send a statement showing that we were credited for the balance. As of today, Sept 18th, we have not received any confirmation from them of the credit. They bill quarterly so I'm concerned with closing this complaint before the next billing is sent. Please ask the company to send us a statement.
