12/20/2017: Mediator called consumer and left message requesting update.12/21/2017: I pay for the Journal to be received on Wednesdays but I still do not receive every Wednesday. I did not order the weekend paper but what they have been doing is delivering the weekend paper instead of the journalThey did not send me my yearly bill in October and when I call they say I am paid through March I will not be renewing my subscription. When I don't receive it and I call some of the people I speak with are very nice and some are notSome tell me someone will be bringing the paper by but they do not. I am just going to let this go because I only have a few more monthsI don't know if the issue is the delivery people or the Journal

We have notifed the Distributor who sees the carrier when they pick up the productAs far as refunds we usually do notWe do pur money on your account to extended your stop date, but the money would be on your account to refund
