Suburban Dry Cleaners

This is the worst dry cleaner company out there. They charged $145 to dry clean one pair of pants, then double seamed the pants. They would not make it right by fixing the pants or refunding the money for ruining the suit pants. When I called to see if they would be willing to fix the pants or refund the money, they were rude and hung up.

Review: I had a large green soap stain on a cushion cover that I took to Suburban Dry Cleaners on Noblestown Road. The stain did not come out at all and I was charged 53$. I took the cushion cover back to the store and the woman who worked for the company told me there was nothing that she could do and stated that they got almost all of the stain out, which was a lie. The cushion cover looked worse than it did before I brought it in. She then gave me the phone number to the main office in Bridgeville. The woman that I spoke to over the phone was so rude. She was yelling at me and stated that I should not have brought the cover in the first place because there was no way that they could have gotten the stain out. Yet she charged me 53$ for 'trying'. I would not recommend this company to anyone. As a customer, I was mortified to be yelled at over the phone and was treated like my 53$ that I paid them meant nothing to them. I will never use the company again and will surely tell any of my friends and family to never use this company in any of it's locations.Desired Settlement: I feel as though if they knew there was 'no way to get dye out of material' as the woman over the phone stated, that they should not have taken my 53$.
