Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. This business made no offer; therefor there is nothing to accept.
The owner's claim of me asking for $500.00 is ridiculous, as is her statement about her unprofessionalism. As soon as I mention Revdex.com, the phone went dead.
Bruce I[redacted] pays this salon money to rent space in this salon. The salon owner is responsible for what goes on in her shop.
I would like is my money Bruce said he would return to me, the 40.00 for the haircut. I would also like to return the hair products - I have not touched them and I would like the money returned for the color. Bruce claimed he would not return the color money "because he didn't do anything wrong with he color." But he has injured me by cutting my hair unevenly; therefore, I am asking for a full return.
In response to your letter dated November 7, 2016 in regards
to [redacted]. The statement that was written is her view of what happened
and does not contain all facts. I explained to Ms. [redacted] that Suburban City
Salon has all independent stylists working in house. They each carry their...
own
business and DPOR license and use this address as their base. She did not want
to hear it. She paid for her services with Bruce I[redacted], through his business
on a square processing company. She was very angry and demanding a $500.00
payment. I explained again that she would have to speak with Bruce I[redacted]. She
stated that he had not returned her repeated emails or phone calls. This was the
first time l had heard from Ms. [redacted]. I did not hang up on her, I politely
told her that she should speak to Bruce and that she should not file a
complaint upon this salon. I will not go into her tone, accusations, nor words
used towards myself and the salon. I ended the conversation as politely as t
had began. Upon Bruce returning to the salon, I spoke to him about the phone
call received. He stated that he had been trying to call her for days and that
there was not an answer. I gave him the phone number I had received and it was
different from the one she had given him as a contact number for her. He
immediately returned her phone call. I have know Bruce I[redacted] for over 6 years
and before that his reputation. The reputation he has carried for 20+ years on
owning his own business and as a master at what he does with hair. His work and
professionalism is why he has excelled in this business. He has an elite
clientele with bookings throughout the year and beyond. It is very fortunate
for someone to be able to book an appointment with him. Payment is rendered
AFTER the service is performed. If there was an issue it. should have been
brought to his attention at that time. As for Ms. [redacted] to state that she did
not look at her hair until 6 pm is not possible. We have very large mirrors
directly in front of the hair styling chairs. After the service is complete a
mirror is handed to the client to show them the work, front, back and sides. It
was also stated that she purchased a product and now accuses that it had been
used. This was never brought up in any of the conversation. Fact, the product
was NOT USED but a brand new product from that product line and opened just to
use on her. Ms. [redacted] has been a client with Bruce for a period of 2 years.
She complimented his services, loved the product and thought everything was
just great. That is my confusion and I do not k ow why she is filing a
complaint against this salon.
