Customer has dropped off the car for inspection today 6/13/We have diagnosed a faulty tire pressure sensor( previous repair was adjusting tire pressure) to correct tire lamp a/c concern dealer is replacing the rear evaporator coil as a goodwill repair(rotted)The other concern of key fobik inop condition is not present today, we are unable to duplicate concern
I repaired my vehicle from this repair shop because of car broke down due to alternator stopped workingHe found additional issues in A/C system and power steering which cost me approximately $ But here are some issues in his work He said it is battery issue and never tested alternator is properly charging the battery and the car broke again and then he charged me separately for alternator Ever since I repaired the car it is having electrical system issue such as tire pressure monitoring system is out of whack, remote key entry and doors don't work and A/C again stopped working We never had any issue on electrical system before we repaired the car from this repair shopHowever I don't have any proof, I just don't know why all of a sudden my car stopped working properly with problems every single day
THIS DISPUTE INVOLVES SUBURBAN JEEP AND AMERICAN HONDA FINANCE CORPORATION(***).I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF VICTORY HONDA IN *** FOR OVER EIGHT YEARS-DURING WHICH TIME I HAD NEVER BEEN LATE OR MISSED A PAYMENT.IN WE BEGAN NEGOTIATING FOR MY FOURTH LEASE BUT COULD NOT REACH AN AGREEMENT AND SO ON BLACK FRIDAY I TRADED MY CIVIC FOR A BRAND NEW JEEP.THE DEALER AT SUBURBAN CONTACTED ***,GOT THE LEASE PAYOFF AMOUNT(I ONLY HAD THREE PAYMENTS REMAINING AND HAD ALREADY MADE MY NOVEMBER PAYMENT)FROM THE *** REP AND THE TRADE WAS MADE.AFTER COMPLETING ALL NECESSARY PAPERWORK I LEFT WITH MY JEEP THE FOLLOWING DAY.IN JANUARY MY SALESPERSON FROM HONDA CALLED ME WILLING TO MAKE A DEAL AND AT THAT TIME I INFORMED HIM I HAD ALREADY TRADED THE CIVIC AND GOTTEN A JEEP.HE WISHED ME LUCK AND THAT WAS THAT.IN MARCH OF *** BEGAN CALLING MY HOME.THINKING AT FIRST IT WAS A PLOY TO GET MY BUSINESS ONCE AGAIN I IGNORED THE CALLS SINCE I FELT DISRESPECTED DURING THE NEGOTIATION PROCESS WHIC
