First of all I would like to start by saying that it was not *** you were speaking with at the store since I am out of the country and have been since July 19th.Second the tires are on for each instead of retail of each(Discounted for final sale)As with any Tire shop once tires have
been mounted on wheels they are not returnable at allHowever I do believe my staff did offer you an in store credit which you refused and then proceeded to write a negative star review on lineThere is a touch up marker that is available for a few dollars to touch up the sidewall of your tires that only takes a moment to do and make them look like new afterwardsSlight discoloration is not a defect and there would not be covered under warranty and could have happened during your transportation homeAnd still even considering all this we still offered to take them back with an in house exchange but you refused as is your prerogativeWe will not offer a refund for your tiresIf you would like to remove your review then we can try to resolve thisHowever as it stands now you are not welcome in our store nor will we do anything further to try to assist you untill it is removed Thank you

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: First off I thought I was talking to the owner of the store ([redacted]) but that is my mistake. At no point was I told that this was a final sale and it doesn't say that anywhere on my bill. Five years ago I bought the same size tire with whitewalls by [redacted], I know I said that they were [redacted]'s but that was a mistake) for $125.00 each. [redacted] tires are 10 times the quality of [redacted] so there is no way these tires are going for $260.00. I don't need store credit because they have nothing to offer me and I wouldn't deal with them anyway because of the way they treat their customers. I need tires and now I can't afford them. Why should I buy a white marker to fix effective tires. They were not damaged in transit I was vere carefull to place them on the blackwall side and the tire have never been on my car. I have bought deffective tires before and the comany had no problem refunding my money. There is also complaints about this same problem if you go to [redacted]'s site. I would like to bring the tires to the Revdex.com so you could have a look at them and I would also like to show you the comments that [redacted] left on my facebook page. You should go to Suserious Autoworks and read the comments on their site and also read the comments on google. [redacted] has an excuse for everthing and always finds someway to blame the customer. I want a full refund for the tires and then I will take down my comment.
