Service member lied about being able to read fault codes when fault light is no longer on. Manager promised to take care of it, never done anything
My wife took in the car to get oil changed and ask to check faults because ESP/hill hold disabled light had came on a couple of times. Service member told her he could not do anything if the light was not on at the time. I called and talked to the manager he said that was not correct and because we lived so far out of town he would have a driver come get her car and leave a loaner. It has been over a week and nothing.
