We brought our car in for it's first inspection, an A checkThey recorded the wrong tire pressure on the inspection sheet so I checked the tires all but one was low and should have been topped up the spare was lblowThey charged us for ltof oil on an engine that will only hold lt When we questioned the service salesman he defended the mechanic and said all tire guages may not read the same He showed us a paper that claims a complete engine rebuild will take ltto justify the over chargeWe insisted on a refund for the extra litre of oil and received it

His complaint as written is not accurateHe was never told he would not get his deposit returnedHe was told we have to check to see if the vehicle had already been shipped to see if we had incurred any expenseOnce it was confirmed that it had not been shipped, his deposit was refunded He also made a complaint at the same time with AMVICWe would appreciate you telling the customer to go with one complaint at a time, not simultaneouslyWasting your time and resources as well as ours [redacted] Dealer Principal

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and since the refund was made, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.To answer dealer's comment about submitting a complaint with AMVIC, I have not receive any response from AMVIC until today (August 24, 2016). In addition, the refund was posted by my credit card company after submitting the complaint with Revdex.com (August 23, 2016). If it were posted before, I would not have to resolve to submitting another complaint with Revdex.com. I still do not understand why the deposit was charged anyway without having the bill of sale in place.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We brought our car in for it's first inspection, an A check. They recorded the wrong tire pressure on the inspection sheet so I checked the tires all but one was low and should have been topped up the spare was 9 lb. low. They charged us for 6 lt. of oil on an engine that will only hold 4.8 lt When we questioned the service salesman he defended the mechanic and said all tire guages may not read the same.
He showed us a paper that claims a complete engine rebuild will take 5.7 lt. to justify the over charge. We insisted on a refund for the extra litre of oil and received it.
