Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Gillman offer me dollars for future maintenance to any of my cars, and I don't think is what I expect , since we already pay more than that for maintenance on the CRv wish we take this car to gillmanI expect fo Gillman to offer upgrades to my car, upgrades that I want to my car and William offer me the opportunity to choose the leather on the car and this never happen I will like to have a navigation to my car, camara to the front, and sensors to the side of the mirrors and the maintenance to my car; dollars is nothing compare to what they do to me, if feel that even with my complaint they are not going to chance anything [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:i did not have the opportunity to add what I want to my car;they offer me to choose the type of leather seats but this never happens,and the moral damage and disappointing the this company made to me is unacceptable. I want to add a navigator to my car, but even this is not going to pay the time that I Spend on this company I feel so confuse with all the process of buying my first car

I spoke with [redacted] at Gillman Honda and although our resolution was not exactly what I wanted, I agreed it was reasonable and fair. They are replacing my windshield and taking off some additions to my contract that I never agreed to bringing my final price down to $17.8K from $19K.
I also made Mr. [redacted] aware of some of the less than satisfactory actions and behaviors of some of the employees I interacted with and he agreed to address those issues as well. He was very apologetic and understanding and I told him I would try to not hold the whole company accountable for the actions of a few.
