I order a skirt and earrings back in October I contacted the customer service department via email (the only way to reach them) I never got my productsFinally got an answer back a month later and was told I would be given a shipping tracking numberI never received itThen contacted them again and weeks later got a response that I would receive a refund on my credit cardI never received refundContacted them ever week for months and never got a response at all
I am very disappointed, aggravated, unsatisfied and Extremely angry that not even a phone number was given to me, or tracking number nor a refundI cannot get a hold of anyone at all
