I am writing this letter in response to complaint # ***I understand that the complaint stated, there was a charge on the client's card that was $50, which was incorrect and that it should have been only $Unfortunately, I had no knowledge of the
misunderstanding until I received the letter from Revdex.com todayAccording to the customer he tried to contact me different times since the incidentHe stated he texted me immediately when he noticed the charge; I am not sure if the client had the wrong cell phone number for me (since he was a first time client I am not even sure how he obtained my cell phone #), but I did not ever receive a text, therefore could not respondHe also stated that he called the Stylebar Beauty Bar and left a message, however with multiple receptionists and stylists with access to that line, the message was either unintelligible or misplacedAnd finally according to his complaint he emailed a letter to the "main CDA store" and got no response; because I am an independent contractor of the Stylebar Beauty Bar in Sandpoint, Idaho and not an employee of Stylebar in CDA, Idaho, I do not have access to the other store's email and was not aware of any letterTo note, I have contacted the owner of the businesses and she has no record of any email received from this particular client
I wish the customer would have contacted me in person because I would have loved to resolve the matter that instantSince this is the forum he would prefer for it to be handled through, I would like to state that I am willing to give him a full refund of all charges including the service itself totaling $It was not an intentional error and I wish it could have been resolved with a simple person to person conversation.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
However -- Katey has cut my hair and we have exchanged text messages several timesAlso, once she noticed she overcharged me by looking at her account, she should remedied the situation
It is very poor customer service to put the responsibility on the customer when steps could have been taken by the business to resolve the situation
