We appreciate the time *** *** took to explain her frustration regarding an order with Style West. Upon further review, it was discovered *** did not type in her correct e-mail address when placing her order. This prevented her from receiving numerous notifications about
the status of her order. Notifications would have included an immediate order confirmation e-mail, an e-mail her order had shipped, and several package status notifications from UPS during the transit and delivery of her order. Not entering the correct e-mail resulted in a loss of order communication from Style West. Our President also generously gave the staff time off to spend with family over the Christmas holiday. Our offices were closed from December 24th until December 28th. Our first day back was December 29th. ***'s order was placed on December 23rd at 3:PM Pacific Time, which was late enough in the day that her order would have been processed the next business day. Due to our extended leave, the next business day was December 29th. ***'s order was shipped on this date, and delivered by UPS on January 6th at 11:AM. We apologize for our extended time off to spend with friends and family
Review: I ordered boots on Dec 23 and never received order confirmation. Sent email and gave my phone number to company no response. Called company. Said they were closed over Christmas and we're not able to update my email. This was Dec 29. As of Jan 2 ,and my order was shipping out first thing Dec 28,NO BOOTS! No contact!Desired Settlement: I want my boots! By the way the original boots were purchased from Nordstrom and I needed a bigger size. As an excellent Nordstrom customer will let them know how style west treats people.
