Recently had our Heating and Hot Water Heater systems serviced for by Viglione Heating & CoolingThe serviceman was very proficient in cleaning the flues from the Furnace and the Hot Water Heater, along with replacing Nozzle Filter StrainerDisappointed that Serviceman had NO TEST EQUIPMENT to properly test the efficiency of the two systems (claiming that the company did not supply the test equipment needed and would not pay to Repair and Recalibrate his personally owned Test Equipment)Also disappointed that the serviceman DID NOT have a Company Sanctioned Inspection/Service Sticker to apply to each unit serviced, indicate what was done for each unit, and what the test results were after the service was performedFinally, the Invoice/Receipt provided for the work was very hard to read even though we were able to convince the serviceman to give us one of the more legible (Yellow Carbons) copies of the Invoice/Receipt
