Review: I purchased 26 boxes of Grove Square 6 count soups while out shopping a few months back. Intended to use them when the cold weather came in. As it just started getting cold we took it out of the cabinet to use it. Product in containers has caked up, solidified making it not all that useful. Sent an email to their customer service department, was asked to call in. Called in gave a nice young lady all the information, she put me on hold while she checked on it. Came back on the line and said there wasn't anything they could do as they don't recommend using product past the best buy date. Best use by dates on the products is 8/13 and 8/14 of 2015. Unfortunately when I bought it I didn't try it that same day to see if it wasn't already caked up as it is now. However, from a consumer standpoint I think it's a bit ridiculous to try and say that a product like this in foil sealed cups, and plastic coated pouches is miraculously bad after some 4-7 weeks of being dated. I'd think that good business practices dictate they might try and satisfy a customer so that they might purchase their products again in the future.Desired Settlement: All I asked was that they replace the product or exchange it. I'd even be happy to send it back to them if they'd like. Actually any remedy that might make me feel like a valued customer would have been appreciated.
