Hello my name is Tina! I don’t want you to think I’m telling you I have terminal cancer because of Sturgis! It’s not sturgis fault in anyway! It’s the event place! I went online and booked two tickets to see Styx and REO and I wouldn’t complain for a first time! But they screwed me in Vegas in June also! I got tickets there but couldn’t open them up
And complained then! But they wouldn’t give me my money back! So I had to buy two new tickets to see Keith! Twice as much! Then fast forward to today’ I came all the way from Oregon to live out my bucket list! I have leukemia! So I got tickets from them a few days prior and I called immediately this time! They said I booked American flat track and I didn’t’ for the 5th I’ve been on the road since the 3rd
Why would I book it I said for the 5th, I just got here! I was told that well too bad over and over again’ they are the worse company to deal with and no sympathy! It’s awful how they are! I tried to tell them I didn’t get them’ all they would say is we have proof what a crock they didn’t they just sent me the same receipt ! I am so upset I don’t even want to go now! I am upset because I don’t have the money for a new set! It’s so sad! If anyone has any
Ideas on how to get tickets I would really appreciate it!

I purchased and order online from Sturgis Midwest Inc. on 10/10/2017 for a total of $48.41. I was sent a confirmation and tracking information. When I clicked on the tracking information it was a pre-shipment and would never update. I contacted USPS and they informed me they never received a package to be sent. I contacted by email the site Sturgis Midwest Inc. on 10/27/2017 in regards to not receiving my package and that the payment had already cleared my account on 10/10/2017, I received an email back from Sturgis Midwest Inc. saying "they would check on it". I sent another email on 11/1/2017 and received the reply back form Sturgis Midwest Inc. saying "Rebecca, we contacted USPS and warehouse and if item don't update tracking we will issue full refund. I emailed again on 11/8/2017 and 11/13/17 about item not being received or tracking updating. I have yet to get a reply back. When In try to contact the phone number listed on their site it says this number is no longer in service.
