I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response isn't entirely truePart of the contract was to seal the windows in order to prevent water leaking insideThis is the entire reason I had MrH [redacted] come bid on the job in the first place, and what we specifically talked about in our first meetingThe job wasn't about trim boards Regards, [redacted]

We are scheduled to go make the repairs this upcoming Monday We signed the job late last year and ended up completing the job sometime around April When we looked at the job the customer stated that he had this repaired approximately year ago and the trim boards had been coming pops from the wall Our contract stated that we would replace the trim boards and paint everything as needed Once job was completed we had a heavy down pour and the customer told me that the windows had leaked In the meantime I went over there and looked at the work that was completed by my team The windows were missing flashing above the windows My guys did the job as it was stated on our contract I then told the customer that we would repair even though it wasn't on our paperwork and we will be going there this upcoming week to do so

They did send someone out TuesdayI do not know what work was done, or if the issue will be resolved, but someone did come out

The response isn't entirely true. Part of the contract was to seal the windows in order to prevent water leaking inside. We are scheduled to go make the repairs this upcoming Monday.  We signed the job late last year and ended up completing the job sometime around April.  When we looked at the job the customer stated that he had this repaired approximately 1 year ago and the trim boards had been coming pops...

from the wall.  Our contract stated that we would replace the trim boards and paint everything as needed.  Once job was completed we had a heavy down pour and the customer told me that the windows had leaked.  In the meantime I went over there and looked at the work that was completed by my team.  The windows were missing flashing above the windows.  My guys did the job as it was stated on our contract.  I then told the customer that we would repair even though it wasn't on our paperwork and we will be going there this upcoming week to do so.

e-mail response obtained from the company 10/09/17 as follows: We installed a new drip cap (flashing) over top of the existing windows that someone had previously re-installed.  We were repairing the trim boards someone else installed because they were coming off of the wall when I showed up to look at the work.  He didn't tell me that he was still having water issues when I looked at the job.
