After 5 minutes later he came back and he claimed that he had dropped off 8 shirts. My employee called me and Italked...

I called him on June 19 and I told him that I confirmed with my employee and check the inventory but we do not have any extra shirt for him. We also check our video and it shows Mr.[redacted] counting his shirts couple times with my employee. It also shows my employee gave him the receipt. He was very rude and told me that because my employee does not speak fluent English that is the reason she made a mistake. The business refused to show the film on camera if they did they would realize 8 shirts were dropped off. Also I paid cash and received no receipt.
