I am dismayed at the unfortunate incident we have had with this customerMy goal is to have trust and good relationships with all of our customersHowever, in this case, we were not able to meet on common groundI was hoping to help this customer by allowing her to sell a few small $1 and $
items in my store. When she originally dropped off her items, we counted them them and agreed upon an amount for which we would purchase themHowever, when her interactions with myself and the other women in our became aggravated and less than amicable, I was no longer willing to allow her, or her items, in my storeI returned all of her goodsTogether, she and I counted everything, agreed that all was present, and put all items in her carWe have this on videoI also returned items to her that we had already purchased in order to have a clean separation. We feel the issue is now closed, and my hope is that we can all move on to more positive and productive scenariosI appreciate that the Revdex.com allows both businesses and customers a place to have voice in the community.
