December 26, Revdex.com Response to Complaint: [redacted] : Complaint ID [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: The complaint you recieved is without meritIn fact, there are two lies within the complaintThe first is that I told her to hire someone elseThe second is that we did not show back up to finish the jobThis individual is attempting to defraud myself and my supplier of the cost of materials that were delivered and installed in her homeI disclosed to the resident that I was volunteering my time to coordinate build back for the flood victims and when I gave her the quote, she said verbatim "Thats Amazing"This was because my original quote for $8,was about half what she had recieved from othersDuring construction she decided to change the texture to a roll on which her painter would perform, as such J credited her $,for the cost of texture I had in my quoteThe other painter she "hired" was already hired and already doing the work following my scopeUpon approval from the complaintant, I will make available phone records indicating her lack of response to both text and phone call the day she would not let my crew back in the house to finish the remaining portion of sanding workIn factthe only work left to do was minor sandingThis complaint is frustrating given the excessive work we performed to accomodate the wall paper on the wallsas well as additional framing so she could have a built in wine coolerBoth of which were not included in the original quote, nor was I compensated forThis is an attempt to get something tor free and I will not be paying the bill without her paying the remainder or her balance firstAdditionally liens have been filed and will be executed accordinglyI offered this resident to pay the bill direct and leave me out of it which would save her a additional moneyShe refused as she believes she is entitled to free goods due to the floodSincerely, [redacted] : Studs Drywall LLC Representative Signature: [redacted]

fact, there are two lies within the complaint. The first is that I told her to hire someone else. The second is that we did not show back up to finish the job. This individual is attempting to defraud myself and my supplier of the cost of materials that were delivered and installed in her home. I disclosed to the resident that I was volunteering my time to coordinate build back for the flood victims and when I gave her the quote, she said verbatim "Thats Amazing". This was because my original quote for $8,400.00 was about half what she had recieved from others. During construction she decided to change the texture to a roll on which her painter would perform, as such J credited her $1 ,000.00 for the cost of texture I had in my quote. The other painter she "hired" was already hired and already doing the work following my scope. Upon approval from the complaintant, I will make available phone records indicating her lack of response to both text and phone call the day she would not let my crew back in the house to finish the remaining portion of sanding work. In fact. the only work left to do was minor sanding.
