We were sent this account for collection and our client added a collection fee of $50 to the total due. Ms. [redacted] refuses to pay the total due.  She only wants to pay the original amount owed prior to going to collections. It stated on our first letter as by law that if she disputes this to call the office. We can show her what our client turned over to us.

We were hired to collect a debt for a doctor that adds $50 to any account that goes to collections and she feels this $50 is unjust and refuses to pay. This is the doctors fee not ours and we have done nothing wrong. We will send her the proof that she owes.
