In response to the complaint that we have received from Revdex.com on behalf of [redacted] we are found to be shocked as well as truly confused to the complaint. First of all, the complaint states that the...
purchase date was different from the problem date. This is not accurate as we have never pre-sold tickets for entrance into our venue during the dates mentioned. All entrance fees are paid at the door the day of the event.
Secondly, we have a published hotline number with daily information including entrance fees as well as the value associated with that fee accordingly (i.e. Beverages). All of our patrons and usual customers who contact us are directed to call the # for that daily information. Our information hotline # is as follows ###-###-#### for your convenience. Also, on a daily basis we post information thru our social media outlets (i.e. [redacted] & [redacted]) as well as our website.
Based on the facts stated above and with all of the daily information available too our patrons, it is clearly hard to understand the consumers complaint. Nor its merit in truth or standing as is in our daily business practice. We make all information public daily thru many different communication outlets and that information does not change for the event taking place that day.

Review: This business has been advertising $10 admission since the beginning of the World Cup 2014 and once the customers arrive, they are told to pay $20 cash and will now only accept CASH for any consumption. They are taking advantage!!!!Desired Settlement: For them to honor and refund everyone their $10 for paying double.
