Studio Seven Hair Design

Shannon Smith sold me a buy one cut & color service get one free. She set up my hair appointment and sent me an invoice for $125. I paid the invoice ( May 15th 2019).She then canceled and rescheduled on me several times. Different excuses. Then on the morning of my last appointment I see on *** that she is closing her salon and going out of business. I asked her if she would still do my hair and she said no. I asked her when could I get my money back. She said I could get it the end of that week. The end of the week rolls around she doesn't have the money. I have been asking her for months to refund my money. This is theft and it is wrong.
