I definitely would not recommend them after my latest experience with this office. I paid them in full after insurance from my pocket for my entire set of braces. No payment plans. After what I thought would only be 1.5 year of treatment I became annoyed everytime it was something more. During which I live in 2 different states throughout the year due to my company. Late 2017 I became pregnant with my daughter in which they knew because I informed them and my dentist for X-ray purposes. After my appointment in my 1st trimester I was placed on bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy for complications until after having an emergency cesarian in late 2018. During this time their office attempted to drop me as a patient this came from their front office rep *** after giving me attitude. Not one person attempted to reach out which is absurd for a business office. People have lives, children and no one wants to be in braces for years traveling for each time you come in to have to have long waits and something else being done that prevents coming out of them. My teeth weren’t ever that bad. I requested to speak to their doctor to inform him about this and was told they’d apologize and would further work on the patient experience. I continued care only to be dropped again without notice, apparently they sent a letter to an old address on my file from previous insurance from 3 years ago. I asked why didn’t anyone just contact the number I’ve always had on file you would think that would be the first method for patients. The doctor stated it was one note placed that a man answered and told them it was the wrong number not to call again, I’m positive they didn’t call my number no man would ever answer my phone. Not to surprise it was placed by the staff member that I’ve always gotten a ton of attitude from. I really don’t believe my number was called, after my last appointment I didn’t get anymore text reminders as I had the past 2 years it’s as if my number was removed from their system on purpose. I kept records of the calls I placed and even a voicemail I left months later and was told from *** she passed it to someone else to return the call. That never happened. I would make the call from my number and wouldn’t get any answer and to a shock called from another and would get an answer from ***. Kept that record too showing the back to back calls. When I finally did get scheduled to come a few weeks ago they informed me I had to pay $3848 the cost of an entire new set of braces! Even though I still had the same ones on from this doctor! For 12-14months more of treatment via email ( but the doctor told me 6-9months in the office). Out of pocket is $1500 after their “office discount” of $1100. My teeth are darn near straight as they will get maybe just minor movement in the farback but that’s all. Why would they keep them on that much longer? To pad their pockets again. The doctor stated $1250 was my insurance and in order for them to get the insurance to cover that full amount they had to raise the treatment cost. So you’re maxing out coverage to get paid for a new set of braces on a patient you’ve already worked on. I got another opinion and was told my teeth are practically done and in great health besides some movement in the back which wouldn’t take more than 6 months with rubber bands, I was ALSO told either this office is defrauding me or they don’t know how to run insurance properly because my new insurance doesn’t even cover ortho work for anyone over 26..and they showed me online and allowed me to speak to the insurance with them. Odd because I was at Studio Orth 2 weeks prior August 26th and they sent me an email saying my insurance was paying $1250 and the remainder was out of my pocket. At this point I’ve spoken to my attorney and we’re filing a suit on this Orthodonics. If you’ve already collected a full payment for braces there shouldn’t be any reason to charge someone again and especially not much to finish such light treatment nor dragging them out to get more money. That would be $8,000 to them

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They have contacted me to resolve complaint and everything is going well currently my treatments have been reinstated.
