Review: Dear Sir:My wife, [redacted] was planning to remodel our kitchen by using [redacted]. On April 12 2012. the owner "Mr. [redacted]" of "[redacted]" called my wife and claimed "this is the last date of the biggest sale since he start his business with [redacted]". He requested $6637.00 (50% of the cabinet's price, the total contract price $14,572.00 ) deposit for [redacted] and pushed my wife to sign an agreement before she found her favor style/color door and without my agreement/signature. After the contract signed, the progress to get a sample door is extremely slowly. Mr. [redacted] always use vacation, out of town, Mother sick and health problem as excuse to delay the process. It took about a year to finish three sample doors. Unfortunately, none of it can satisfy us. Therefore, my wife tried to talk to the [redacted] representative directly. We found out Mr. [redacted] didn't tell us the truth. the manufacture "[redacted]" never requested/received the deposit as he told my wife. After we criticized Mr. [redacted] lied to us, he agreed to refund the deposit, but always found excuse to delay the refund. We tried to resolve the problem with Mr. [redacted], but never get response from him. Finally, I catched him on phone and set up a meeting on July 17. At the meeting, he told us he is no longer to do business with "[redacted]" anymore, we have to change the manufacture and the total price will be much higher. Since he can't provide Holiday estate custom cabinets and refused to return the deposit, we have no choice but asking Revdex.com's help to resolve the problem.Looking forward to hear from Revdex.com and really appreciate your helps.Desired Settlement: Since "Studio One Designs LLC" couldn't provide service as promised, we request the company return the deposit money.
