I am rejecting this response because:He has failed to provide any accounting records after my numerous requests, he failed to come back after the inspection on September 3rd that listed items and finally on September 22nd in the pm I hired an attorneyKeep in mind that my home was supposed to finished months from August 1st so that would have been in February So September was months later and he had still not finished my house. He made me pay upfront before work was completed and he would not send workers unless I paid him more money. Many of the items that he has listed in his response were suggestion made by him.and I paid for all of these changes without any change orders. He also never provided change orders at anytime except for a piece of wood he wrote on.I did change my mind about the fireplace, however I took it back myself so he did not have to.I paid him $upfront for it, he only paid $for itI asked the company to refund it to him since he had paid via a credit cardThen they refunded him a check instead. Then a friend paid for the 2nd fireplace for me as a gift.Mr*** never refunded me the money that was paid to him for the 1st fireplace even though he was refunded the money by the companyHe owes me $3,for the first fireplace. There were other items I paid out of pocket that he did not give me credit back and those things were included in my contract like having to take the electrician to Home Depot to buy electrical supplies on my credit card

Ms*** hired *** Custom Homes, LLC in August of to build her custom home She presented ECH, LLC with incomplete plans that would not be accepted through the HOA or the City guidelines At our fist site meeting, she added a complete detached garage and driveway extension
to the project that was over and above as well as outside the original contract Since Ms***'s architect resided in Waco, I assisted her in organizing and re-drawing her changes, post-contract, in order to receive a building permit Ms*** hired a septic designer on her own to obtain a septic permit prior to contracting with ECH, LLC to build her home This design would ultimately not pass county standards During the construction process, Ms*** changed or added (just to name a few): *Positioning of the house as laid out on the site plan *Driveway and sidewalk layout *Interior and exterior walls *Ceiling specifications *Front and rear porches *Added a Breezeway *Added a Detached Garage *Window and Interior Door Layout *Changed main garage placement *Added propane system *Special Ordered & Delivered Fireplace, then changed her mind *Special Ordered Custom Flooring, then changed her mindECH, LLC passed all inspections, including the foundation inspection, with the exception of the last inspection called in by ECH, LLC We call for this inspection close to the end of construction in order to see what the city requires as their final punch-list of items prior to the city doing their last inspection and issuing a Certificate of Occupancy Ultimately, Ms*** failed to answer homeowner questions with her final decisions on layout of driveway & sidewalk as well as refused to have propane put in her tank which was needed for final propane connections Ms*** fired our company via a letter from her attorney as we were in the process of working on the city punch-list items as well as trying to get firm answers from Ms***

I am rejecting this response because: MrErickson has been given the completion list several times, including a registered letter that was sent to him in September and we have the receipt that was signed by him. We have heard these excuses many times and do not believe that he will actually follow through. He has ignored our calls, emails and text messages and this is the first response that we have received through the Revdex.com. If he is willing to complete everything, we expect to be contacted immediately I am attaching the list as requested

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2016/05/02) */
(The consumer...
indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept this as a proper response. In a matter of 7 days my nails had completely fallen off. I have gone to many nail salons and never had this issue before, but this had been the second time it has happened at studio nails. I find this completely unacceptable. [redacted]
Erickson Custom Homes has every intention of completing the small punch list of items that remained undone. If the [redacted] could forward over an updated list showing any new items! that would be helpful. I will check on the Septic vendors payment status. [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: We agree to having work done on the 25th or 26th of February, however, there are 29 items on the list, plus two things that have been paid for and not provided, i.e. the gate for the fence and window screens, plus the septic vendor that he never paid so we do not have our two-year maintenance agreement, which was also paid for. We are not sure why he has chosen to only address two of the items on the list. We cannot consider this complaint resolved until all of the items are repaired and/or finished and the gate and screens are provided.
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because; Ms. [redacted] prepaid for each item that was added outside of original signed contract. Ms. [redacted] failed to cooperate and make decisions according to the contract. Ms. [redacted] fired me and demanded that I not come back to her property. Ms. [redacted] was fully aware that changing her mind about the fireplace would cause the vendor to charge a restocking fee. [redacted]
My vendor has agreed to work on the caulking around the windows and the touch up painting on the 25th or 26th of Feb 2016. [redacted]
