give my customers a week before their birthday . whenever i'm checking our for new customers, I always tell them that you have 20% off on your birthday but you have to come here within a week  before your birthday to be able to get that 20% off. [redacted] came to our salon on May 15 and her birthday is May 24 and was asking me for 20% off, I told her that you could not get 20% today because you came like 9 days before your birthday and we only count Within A Week before( she lies about this, she told you guys I did not tell her that but I definitely did) so if you want to get that 20% you have to come here within a week before your birthday. And then she returned to my salon on May 30th that is like a week after her birthday so I was so sorry to tell that she could not get that 20% off. She told me about she has been busy with her dad passed away so she could not come.
