This vendor did not reply to numerous emails asking for order status and requests for refunds. Vendor finally refunded only after I opened Revdex.com and consumer affairs complaints. Recommend you give this vendor a low rating and warn potential customers of these poor business practices and horrible customer relations

Unfortunately one of the coin purse items that *** ordered was out of stock, and mislabeled as in-stock on our website The website system generated an automatic email, saying that his order actually shipped when it had not On
June ***, we contacted *** explaining the item was actually out of stock, but that he could choose a replacement if he desired On June ***, he asked that we cancel the order and refund his account On June ***, the order was canceled and his money refunded
Review: On May **, 2014, I placed a web order #[redacted]. Total cost charged credit card was $52.83. Vendor sent confirmation email and charged my credit card. On June *, vendor sent 2 emails saying all items shipped.Tracking number with UPS is: [redacted] Tracking info at UPS shows it was never shipped. June * vendor sent email saying one item was out of stock. I asked vendor to ship 2 of same kind of products in stock. June * vendor said they had no product. I asked vendor to refund my money to the credit card. Vendor does not respond to calls, voice messages, or emails. As of June **, vendor has not refunded my money.Desired Settlement: Refund all money to original form of payment (credit card).
