I have spoken with Mrs*** regarding her package she purchased from meWhile it is true that it has taken me some time to get her images to her, the items she states she was to receive is incorrect
My delay (the stated months) was due
to giving birth in December and then suffering from an acute case of post partum depressionDue to the delicate nature of PPD, I wasn't in a position to open up to her about what I was going through and some of my work went by the wayside in order for me to focus on getting better
I was late in getting the online gallery for her to view and choose her single image she was to receive as a digital file/printed canvas (per the Living Social deal she bought for $100)The deal was for a photography session plus hair & makeup (valued at $350, which she received) and then a single digital file (valued at $125) and a printed canvas of the same image (valued at $125)Total value of the session is $600, for which she paid $on Living Social
For her patience and trouble, I would GIFT her the entire unedited session on a CD (this was not part of the original package she purchased) and is valued at over $12,(which to me is a HUGE GIFT for the $I received after the cut Living Social takes)
She has received a link to all images and will be getting that CD in the mail shortly
I would like you to update your records to reflect that this matter has been dealt with and is no longer an issue
