Review: On October, 2009 [redacted] and [redacted], representing Blue Art Corporation and [redacted] signed a contract to legalize the existing concrete pavement at the rear yard of my home and to completely remove the existing violation on the property. Full payment was made at the time the contract was signed. It has been more than three years and the job was not finished. Every time I contact the architect the same excuses are given and I am told they are working on it but I do not see any progress. All of this information can be verified with the NYC Department of Buildings.Desired Settlement: Finish the job now or refund the money.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Blue Art Corp. regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I went by their office and the business name has been changed to Studio 74 Corp. Their telephone number remains the same ###-###-####. [redacted] and his team are all still there, only the company name has been changed.
