Hi This is [redacted] from Studio 7 tattoo's I am responding to the enquiries of a claim based off of a client's complaint ([redacted]) are procedures at Studio 7 tattoos are as follows. all appointments require $100 non-refundable deposit which is explain to each client during their first...

consultation, there is a receipt given to the client at this time, deposits go towards artwork and appointment time, I even apply the deposit towards the price of the tattoo (by choice!!!!) once the tattoo is performed, all clients are notified via verbal contract that at no time is the deposit refundable Studio 7 will be obligated to perform $100 worth of work and or merchandise to the client for up to 12 months, from the date the receipt is written. If you are a no-show no call you automatically lose your slot and your deposit, if you have multiple appointments scheduled you will have to provide another $100 deposit prior to your next appointment time, or your appointment will be forfeited. These are the standard practices of my studio I've been performing tattoos at this studio for over 14 months and have been a professional artist for over 23 years. Now with that being stated Let me get to the question at hand a customer ([redacted]) came in to my studio on numerous occasions. Three prior consultations to be exact, Where the deposit was explained to her and the procedures. she was apprehensive at this time to relinquish any money, some people are! that's why deposits are essential in my tine of work! so there's no lost time are artwork, and she made a conscious choice to come back on a later date about 60 days later to set her appointment. ( [redacted]) called me on 8-21-17 at about 10:40am and stated that she is going to have to cancel her appointment time. I stated that was fine not a problem. And asked if she had a later date in mind. And if she would be able to reach at this time she said no she would be showing up at the studio to collect her deposit. I stated to [redacted] that her deposit was non-refundable and that that was not an option. at that point she got aggressive and vulgar and stated that she was coming to get her deposit or she would slander my business and that nobody would come to my shop she would talk f[redacted]'* sh** about my studio throughout town and that there was no way that I was going to keep her deposit at this moment I chose two end the call. After about 20 minutes or so I sent her a text message reiterating the contract that we had verbally at the studio and the procedures and what she could do about her deposit, and the best ramifications at that time. She chose not to get back to me until later in the evening where we exchange text messages on numerous occasions and hopes to resolve this matter. I will provide copies of all text messages there was no threats made there was no demeanor or negative condensation towards [redacted] or any customer at my studio. I treat all my customers with dignity and respect sorry that this complaint has come about for whatever reason she feels that she needs to cause as much difficulties as possible she has not only reached out to the Revdex.com but on the same date in question she's sent a complaint to the state of California Department of Justice attorney general's office public enquiries about the matter I will provide a copy of her information and letter that was sent to that office as well I will also be replying to that office and sending a copy of the Revdex.com complaint as well as along with all the text messages sent from [redacted] and myself back and forth I hope that this is a satisfactory information in regards to this account I am deeply sorry that my client feels this way.
