Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They are saying information.1.) They have never contacted me with any concern for my hair or how the treatment worked2.) I never was concerned about not being able to put my hair up for my workI had taken days off so I would not have to tie up my hairI was concerned on how long I could not wash it for because I told [redacted] that I had read online that the wait time was three days not two and he assured me it was only two days 3.) [redacted] had told me the reasoning for my hair having wave was the stylists did not use a strong enough solution.4.) I did NOT tie my hair upI followed the directions and even waited longer on the wash time5.)
