Sales person stated that dance shoes were $35, but charged $60While ordering dance shoes for our daughter, the salesperson stated it would be $35 for the shoes.We placed the order and $35 was immediately charged to our credit card. Several weeks later an additional $25 was charged to our credit card. When the office manager was contacted, she stated that the shoes cost $60 and we had a credit card on file she just charged the difference. The problem is that she did not contact us to get authorization to charge our card for the additional amount. It is not legal for a business to charge someone's credit card without receiving consent. Desired SettlementWe would like Studio 413 to discontinue such practice in the future. It is not legal for a business to continue such practices and would appreciate an apology from the Office Manager.
