We just received the statement from the customer.  The customer refers to our check as a bad check.  The legal definition of a bad check is a check that does not have sufficient funds, which is not the case in this instance.  We stopped the payment on the check and informed the customer.  We have resent the check to the customer which he has cashed.  We consider the additional back and forth to be unproductive and consider the matter closed.

We stopped the payment on the check we sent to you."This was already covered in the complaint. They never notified me and I cashed a bad check. We have sent an email and subsequently a replacement check to Mr. [redacted] that was returned back to us.  We have issued another check and sent this to Mr. [redacted] on 10/20/2015.  The stop payment on the checks were issued that was followed up with an email to all members that were...

effected.  It looks like mr [redacted] got effected adversely.  If he can please send us proof that he got charged by his bank we will take it under advisement.

We have mailed the check to the customer.  He has admitted to the fact he has not checked his mail because he does not live at the address he provided us.  Prior to seeing the check he has continued to communicate with us to the point we consider his comments to be harassment.  We have issued a check to the customer and consider the matter closed.
