high school, there are two separate groups.  Cap/Gowns that have been paid and Cap/Gowns that are unpaid.  My office received a call from the student’s parent because he was listed in the unpaid group.  He told my office staff that he did indeed pay for his Cap/Gown over the telephone with a credit card payment, but my office couldn’t find record of it.  Since he phoned the order in he didn’t have a receipt but he was told to please send us a copy of his credit card statement (he could black out all other items) to prove payment.  Our company sells over 20,000 Cap/Gowns a school year, so accidents do happen along the way…it’s just human error.By the time he did that the Cap/Gowns had already been shipped to the school in the two separate groups (paid and unpaid), so the student’s Cap/Gown was put in the unpaid box.  We told him just to go to the school, pick up his Cap/Gown and that he didn’t have to pay as he provided proof that he did pay.  The student did get his Cap/Gown, graduated and was supplied with the product he paid for with unfortunately a little confusion.  I hope that explains the situation.  Please let me know if you need anymore information from my end.Thank you,Anthony
