We review our complaints and take them very seriously to ensure our clients receive the best possible customer serviceWe understand borrowers with student loans are facing severe hardship and that is where companies like ours can help to ease the burden First, Mr [redacted] would never have been contacted by his current loan servicer, had we not submitted a forbearance request to them shortly after Mr [redacted] decided to move forward with our servicesIf this company is truly looking out for his best interests, why did they wait until they were about to lose his business before contacting him? Unfortunately, the federal loan servicers trade stock on the NY stock exchange just like any other private company which means they are a for-profit business regardless of who they affiliate themselves with In terms of a refund, Mr [redacted] was refunded in full and if he doesn't receive his funds within the next few business days, we ask that he feel free to call us directly for an update Generally, our process does require proof of the consolidation being cancelled prior to a refund and that appears to be the nature of the miscommunication hereWe ask that Mr [redacted] keeps in mind that all servicers are different in that regard meaning some will automatically provide a cancellation letter and some will notOverall, we wish him the best of luck and will make sure he is refunded in full Companies like ours are in fact consumer advocates who look out for our clients’ best interestsWe are not the servicers of student loans which means we are not in the business of making sure borrowers continue to make payments to us with no end in sightFraudulent behavior by the loan servicers is not new and anyone can quickly research the massive class-action lawsuits filed against servicers such as Sallie Mae in recent history Thank you,

We spoke with Mr [redacted] who confirmed that he did receive his refund on Oct 27th and this issue has been resolved to his satisfactionWe also let Mr [redacted] know that all of his personal/payment-related information was deleted from our system and his contact information was placed into a “do not call, do not mail” status to ensure he is not contacted by our company Again, we wish Mr [redacted] the best and hope we can be of assistance to him in the future Thank you Student Processing Center

First off, we apologize for any inconvenience Mrs [redacted] class="apple-converted-space">experiencedWe contacted Fedloan Servicing where the consolidation was submitted and according to the information provided through the automated system, this consolidation was completed on October 2015.Mrs [redacted] only had loans with [redacted] prior to the consolidation and when we called their automated system, she has a Zero dollar balance with them, so consolidation were completedAlthough our services were completed as a documents preparation services, we have processed a half of the amount to be refunded for Mrs [redacted] due to her special circumstances.Mrs [redacted] can contact our customer services during business hours directly if she has any further questions, we have provided all the necessary customer service contact information via e mail to Mrs [redacted] Thanks

Student Processing Center takes any and all complaints very seriouslyWe have a dedicated compliance department to review all file details and call recordings to ensure we are providing the highest-level of customer service in the industryWe apologize for any inconvenience Ms [redacted] experienced when attempting to call her student loan advisor however we have a dedicated customer service department for this specific reasonMs [redacted] was provided this toll free number in addition to an email address that can be used to contact our customer service departmentIn regard to Ms [redacted] having to sign documents more than once, we unfortunately cannot control the loan servicers when it comes to receiving documentsIf a servicer claims the documents were not received, we must resend themIn addition, some servicers have additional documents required for signature which may or may not apply to all clientsAlthough Ms [redacted] was not satisfied with our service, we have helped thousands of clients with their applications, some of which came to us after attempting their own applications and ending up with denials, higher monthly payments, or no response at all from the servicersWe wish Ms [redacted] the best and although we have not been able to reach her via phone to discuss further, we assume this matter to be resolved

I got a letter in the mail about student loan forgiveness so I called the number on the letterI spoke with [redacted] whom was wonderful for the whole minutes we spokeAnyhow, at the end of the conversation I was asks to pay $and when I asked why she got a little attitude and told me nobody works for freeI told her I didn't have that kind of money and she said she would delete me from their system because I can't afford the programIt was all about the moneyNot legitBe careful with this business

to determine what took place and how we can improve however we aren’t quite
sure what the complaint is.
We provided a quote to her based on the income figure that she
providedUpon verification of said income, we found that it was higher than
what Ms*** had provided initiallyNaturally, this increased her payments
however she has the option to cancel and obtain a full refund which is what
took placeMs*** was told she would be refunded and she will beAgain,
just to clarify, we have no control over the monthly payments as they are based
on incomeIf a customer provides an income that is not accurate, it will be
verified at some point which is why Ms***’s application process took
slightly longer than usual.
Ms*** mentioned that it was “fishy” when she was unable to
reach her advisorWe have a dedicated customer service department and the
contact information for said department has been provided to her multiple
timesInstead, she called the direct number of an advisor that was simply not
availableWe are not sure what is “fishy” about the fact that an agent is not
in the officeOur employees are human; they get sick, take vacations, etc
We wish Ms*** the best and hope her full refund is satisfactory however
we are still unsure as to what her actual complaint isHer refund is being
processed as she was told it would be prior to her making this complaint.

We have received
the
compliant made by Ms ***. We take all complaints seriously and work
hard to make sure any and all complaints are addressed in a timely
manner. On Monday August 18th Ms *** contacted our company by phone regarding a
solicitation that she received asking who we are and what we do, our
representative informed her we were a private firm and not a federal agency, Ms
*** became upset and wanted to speak with a supervisor, when the call was
transferred to a supervisor and he began explaining to Miss *** that she
just received a general solicitation and confirming that we are a private firm
and not a federal agency and we were a document preparation company to help
people that have student loansFurthermore when clients call and are seeking
help regarding their Student Loans, certain information necessary to determine
what they may qualify for are needed to be exchanged. We have no personal
information regarding our consumers unless provided by the consumers themselves
in order to help them with their situation, and for Miss *** there was No
personal information exchanged by Ms *** and our companyMs *** did
not even take an application with our company in order to evaluate her
situation for consolidation therefore; we have no personal information about
here. We have removed Ms *** from our mailing list and she will no
longer receive any further correspondence from Student Processing Center.
We tried speaking with her on the phone regarding this matter however; Ms
*** was angry and did not want to speak further. We are sorry that
she felt this way by a general mail solicitation that she received, however
when presented with a question we told Ms *** nothing but the truth and
all of our calls are recorded for compliance purposes.
Desired settlement for Ms *** has been accomplished same day
that she contacted us by phoneWe do not have any of her personal information
and she has been added to the Do Not Mail List

[My credit card information was given to Student Assist Plus without my permission, as was admitted to me by *** *** and *** ***I have emails and recorded phone conversations backing that up, that I can/will provideI never signed up for Student Assist Plus and that was also acknowledged by employees of Student Processing Center and Student Assist PlusI opted out after I was opted in, wrongfully, by *** ***I was not provided any services without chargeI am still owed $from Student Processing Center for a service they did not provide me that I no longer want given federal statutes they violated which compromised my identityStudent Processing Center saying I opted in to Student Assist Plus and saying they didn't charge me any money for services are complete and blatant liesI posses physical evidence that proves they are lyingThis is a predatory company that, if my request is met, will be exposed.]
