Student Loans Agency

Stay away from this "agency"!! They claim to offer student loan forgiveness but they are a scam!! They request all your personal information, DOB, bank accounts, SSN, tax documents, current job pay stubs and current student loan accountThey then close out your current account and create a new one that they have access toThey put your loans in a forbearance period while you make so many consecutive payments to them for putting you in a new programThey claim they will reduce your amount WITHOUT you paying or PAY OFF a certain loan altogether when you make these payments to themWhen the charge comes through it has a completely different title heading that give no indication that it was through the company; truly you do not know who this money is going toThe heading that came up for us was Sunny Days Autism Academy, LLCWe immediately stopped payment, contacted out bank and had our debit cards reissuedWe thought nothing of it further until I started receiving emails from the agency stating that if I did not contact them I would be in default and my account would be closedI contacted [redacted] whom all my loans have been paid through for the past three years and they informed me that they were a fraudulent business with no information linking them as a legitimate loan consolidation agency that has been approved and examined by the Federal Student Aid program [redacted] has a list of legitimate loan companies that they will provide to you if you want to try for a different program, rate, or payment.They then closed out the account they had set up and allowed me to set up a new oneI am taking steps to contact the federal student aid agencies to investigate this company and take action against themI have fraud protection but they still currently hold all of my personal information including my place of employment and my federal tax documentsDo NOT sign or send them ANYTHING!! Learn from my mistake, do not become a victim!!
