Appears to be a scam organization giving false and misleading statements to student debt holders about Loan Forgiveness program to trick them into consolidating with them under false pretense of loan forgiveness. Verified by asking for answers to questions already answered on official government website, which they answered incorrectly.
These people called me out of the blue and said they were calling to get me a better student loan consolidation plan. They called several times and I did give them information for an application. They emailed the application and called repeatedly telling me to "hurry and sign and get back immediately". When the application came through it had false information on it where he put in two friends (he put himself as one friend and I don't even know who he is) and the address he used for a friend name I gave him was made up. The application contained other suspicious information that he obviously made up and he wanted me to sign a Limited Power of Attorney form that requires a notary and they wanted me to sign and return (you can't notarize a form except when the person who is signing is actually in front of the notary!)!!! When I called and told them I was not comfortable with this, he shouted at me that I had wasted his time. He was not interested in offering any explanation about the discrepancies on the application. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!
horrible company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!do not trust them with any info. people are rude and mean.
I got a call from them, told them they had the wrong number and the guy tells me that he has the right # and that my name is [redacted]. I then told him that is not my name and I never contacted them. he then insisted that he had the right # and that my name was [redacted]. I ask his name and he said " I am perplexed", I asked again and he said perplexed. I the said so your name is perplexed? he said yes!. I then asked what the name of his company was and he said it was "company", he would not tell me his name, the company name, or let me speak to a supervisor. I pressed him to let me speak to his supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back 2 more times and could not get any info on the company name or physical address for the company. I finally got someone to help with the physical address and looked it up on google maps and it is the address to someones house. something is not right here.
AwesomeA++++++++ Thanks *** ***
Would Recommend to everyone. They made a very stressful process very easy for me. Thanks SLRC
