I had been having an issue where my student loans defaulted, and my loans kept bouncing around to different agencies They would not allow me to consolidate them, and trying to set up an affordable payment was next to impossible Student Loan Freedom was able to finally get them consolidated in one place and get me a payment plan that I can do So now I can get back on track with my student loans, and now I can go back to school if I want to

"">

We reviewed this Client's concerns and have spoken with her.  We have removed her from our collections and it is our understanding that we satisfied her issues in full.

Student Loan Freedom Program gets an A+ in my book. They helped me very quickly, and were very courteous to me. I am very happy with the results.

when I made the first initial call I thought I called [redacted] and they transferred me to them. [redacted]s number is 888-486-4722 but that's not the number I called I called 800-486-4722 when speaking with Brandon I said wow [redacted] transferred me to you guys ive never had [redacted] transfer me he neither confirmed or denied (misleading). I did the process thinking [redacted] transferred me. when I started getting mail from fed loans I called because I didn't understand why if I was doing the income base my payment wasn't lower. still not knowing who I was paying this money to. fed loans told me they never spoke to me and I am sure not paying them. I looked at my bank statement. the guy at fed loans then said to me they have no idea who they are and you don't need to consolidate because the doe does it for free. more confused I looked up [redacted]s number and on the site I saw you should never have to pay to consolidate which I did, get something notarized which I did that is all a scam right on [redacted]s site. so in the morning I called this company and got a man name mark he said he was gonna call me back didn't hear anything it was like they blocked me and in the initial conversation I asked for my payments to be removed. he failed at removing payments I then received a few emails telling my payment declined (right I cancelled my card based on my bank telling me to) but those emails should have never came to me because by my knowledge once you ask request the payments to be removed they are suppose to remove payments. I called mark back later the same evening from a different number other than my cell and was told he was in a meeting he would call back in 20 minutes gave them my home number again no response. he did call the next day around lunch but I was at work and not home and no calls came to my cell phone. recently before I sent the complaint the same day I spoke with Stacey  she said she called several times about a declined payments but it shouldn't have been if I request my payments to be removed. she also said they gave my acct to fed loans (which is yet again another lie. fed loans is a servicer of the doe so the doe gave fed loans my acct after it came out of deferment) she then refused to put someone higher on the phone and then said I need to go to processing. I don't know who she transferred me to but that person then transferred me to marks desk. I left a message on marks phone and again no response. I've reached out to this company and yes I do have phone records to try to resolve this since I was told by fed  loans that the steps I took I should never of took. I then called the same day the doe and got yet another servicer spoke to them about the issue and again this company never heard of student loan freedom. so I spoke to 3 servicers that deal directly with the doe that never heard of this company. they mislead people and lie so yes I do feel as thou I should get a refund. when I asked Stacey what I have to do to get a refund she said go to the collections agency. I never paid a collection agency and she never gave me the info but why would I go through a company that I never paid doesn't make any sense to me.

There are a lot of post-grads out there with big dreams but may be running from student loan responsibilities to try to achieve them. We aren’t excused from the normal or the difficult or the natural because we dream big dreams. Not facing the financial facts of your life leads to poverty and frustration. If you are guilty of this like I was, stop it!
Call Student Loan Freedom and allow them to analyze your situation. I had several Federal loans that I could not manage even as a financial specialist in my career. I was working too many hours a week to take the time to figure out the best way to consolidate. It was a lot of money to trust myself or the student loan processors to advise me on. I needed someone who had my best interest in mind and who would do it right the first time. I put my trust into this company and in a little over a year I have already saved a ton of money and my once poor credit is excellent. I paid a fee upfront but the time, loan interest, and frustration spared was worth the investment. Start today!

I honestly went into this half-heartedly thinking that something extra would pop up or somehow I wouldn't qualify, despite all the reassurances.
Imagine my satisfaction when everything that was promised, was DELIVERED!
The professionalism, response, respect, and the care that was given to me during the process (which was seamless and easy on my end) was worth every dime of the one time fee. Which by the way, really was a one-time fee. Amazing.
I can't recommend Student Loan Freedom enough. If you have student loans, no matter the size, get with these folks. It works!

Ms. [redacted] enrolled with us on 1/12/16.  She hired us to consolidate her federal student loans with the department of education.  Her loans were with [redacted] a loan servicer. We charged her $695 for this service.  While we went to work immediately for her, we allowed her to pay this...

off 6 payments as she could not afford to pay it in full.  (attached VE1)We researched Ms. [redacted]'s loans, determined eligibility, advised on proper repayment options and filed her consolidation with the U.S. Dept. of Education, as promised in our Agreement.  We did not take any actions on her account until she properly signed all of the required documents, hiring us to perform this service.  Once she had all of the information that we gave her, and after we did most of the work for her consolidation, she decided that she no longer needed our services and now she is seeking a refund.            She clearly got bad information from who she allegedly spoke with about our services as indicated by our successful results.            We have a very specific Refund Policy (attached marked VE 2) that details the acceptable conditions for refund eligibility.  There is no basis for a refund here. The fact that she even states in her notes that she is now with FedLoan Servicers and paying a lower payment than she was with [redacted] is proof to that fact.We have sent her to collections as she owes us a balance (see VE 4).  She is not happy about that.  But we did everything as promised.-- Mark R[redacted]Student Loan AdviserStudent Loan Freedom, LLC7204 Glen Forest Drive, Suite 202Richmond, VA 23226Check out:markresnick.ceostudentloanfreedom.ceo
