Complaint ID# [redacted]Upon review of the sales call audio recording, [redacted] was clearly told that the Company prepares and submits the appropriate paperwork e-signed by [redacted], on her behalf, as we are instructed.  Subsequent e-mails to the Student Loan specialist were not responded to in a timely fashion and the client cancelled her contract.  All contracts were cancelled as requested. The specialist has been counseled to follow Company policy and respond to all e-mails within one business day.Student Loan Care LLC, a majority owned subsidiary of a public corporation, is a Federal Student Loan document preparation company known for its compliance to federal and state regulations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

[redacted]: Cancelled, services not rendered. No billing or work was done. Everything was cancelled. Supervisor explained the Victor did not lie or mislead and that it was just a simple mistype. Customer did not want to listen.

[redacted]:Client called customer service and was explained on the service, etc. Customer STILL ACTIVE and not cancelled. Customer says she was not going to cancel because she cannot afford the cancellation fee.
