Per section 4 of the registration contract, HIIT Fitness must receive a 30 day written notification delivered in person or delivered via certified mail. If the member can provide either method of correspondence, HIIT Fitness will happily provide a refund. We received a Revdex.com complaint on Monday 9/26 at 10am and have cancelled the members contract effective immediately and we waived the final 30 day payment due per contract.
