[redacted] is not a client, nor did she ever establish as a client of SFS [redacted] did provide [redacted] a free consultation, at which time he offered to assist her in getting approved and enrolled in a debt consolidation program that would have provided her substantial savings, however, after considering the offer, [redacted] decided against our assistance and declined our offer At such time, our policy is to move the client into a "do not call" list The agent, at this point, is unable to access any personal information from the point of cancel, which would also preclude him form contacting the consumer or returning their call, which is why [redacted] may not have heard back from [redacted] As I suggested earlier, we do not make cold or outbound calls and no information is retained on clients that have been offered our services and decide to decline At this point, if [redacted] changes her mind and desires our assistance, she will need to call us directly and retract her declination of services, in order to do so [redacted] did not pay for her free consultation, so she is not due a refund and we never initiated representation, as she never established as a client, so there is nothing to retract Again, we do not store personal or confidential information for any consumer that is not established as a client and our sales representatives have no access to current or former files, so there is no chance of any representative of SFS of obtaining or using [redacted] personal information, so she will not be hearing from us in the future Please let us know what the next step in clearing our good name from this inert complaint Thank you ***
