Student Financial Aid Center client. The client initially had a misunderstanding of our services, furthermore we have resolved this

We have removed him from our client relations management system and no longer will be in communication with Mr. [redacted] per his request. We have also confirmed with the client that his application was not processed successfully via email and phone. Please see the email attached to confirm we have notified the client of all request.
Review: THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD HELP ME WITH MY STUDENT LOAN.THEY PROMISED TO CUT MY INTEREST RATE IN HALF, TO CUT MY PAYMENTS IN HALF.THEY GOT MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO CHARGE ME $699. (I CANCELED MY CARD 30 MIN. LATER)THEY GOT MY ID TO MY FEDERAL LOANS ( I CHANGED MY PASSWORD )THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR EMAIL REQUESTS. THEY ARE A SCAM.THEY DID NOT GET MONEY FROM ME, BUT THEY ARE FROM OTHER PEOPLE.Desired Settlement: I WANT A LETTER FROM THEM SAYING MY APPLICATION IS VOID.THEY SHOULD ALSO TELL ME THEY ARE SORRY FOR LYING TO ME AND TRYING TO STEAL MY MONEY.
