Mr. [redacted] did in fact signed up with our company. We are a document processing company. We sold him a service that included us preparing his documents and processing them through the DOE. We indeed provided a service which is outlined in the signed contract March 31st. We placed him in a public service program because he is a teach in a public service position. This process is indeed free to do on your own however, most of the time consumers are unaware of these programs because the government fails to advertise them. He currently is in a public service program. The reason for the high payments is because there was no proof of income submitted to the DOE. All this information is outlined in a email to him. This is also a simple fix. We would just need to submit that proof to restructure his payments to something more affordable. Lastly, the service that he paid for was indeed given. We do offer a 100% money back in the event that we can’t consolidate or get him into a program. We have fulfilled outside of the program. Most of the time clients don’t take the time to read the contract and there for always misinformed.

Review: On March 22, 2015 I spoke with [redacted] at the STUDENT

DEBT FORGIVEN. I was told because I am a teacher I qualify for the

Student Loan Debt Forgiveness Program. I was told that my currently student loans would be considaltdated, and that beginning mid- June, I

I would make payments of 149.00 for 120 months. The fee to complete this agreement would be 599.00. I paid this fee with my credit card. As the months past on, I was waiting to receive a coupon book, that [redacted] said that I would receive.. I NEVER

recieve the coupon book and when I called [redacted] to inquire about the coupon book, he was extremely unprofessional, mean, and aggressive. I asked to speak with his manager, so his manager [redacted], got on the phone and was also unprofessional, mean, and aggressive... These same two people [redacted] AND [redacted] was extremely nice when I was giving them my credit card information.

Next, I receive a statement from The Department of Education

stating that my payments would begin June 26th n the amount of 526,00, I was very confused because I NEVER made any agreements with the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.

During my conversation with the Department of Education, it was explained that I could qualify and have my loans considaltdated WITHOUT paying any fee!!!!

I'm very upset and disappointed with this entire transaction.

I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF 599.00, because NOTHING THAT WAS EXPLAINED AND PROMISED TO ME regarding the process has been done!!!!!!!

I WANT A FULL REFUND OF 599.99

Please feel free to contact me for more information.

I HAVE BEEN LIED TOO AND SCAMMED!!!!

Again, I want a FULL REFUND OF 599.00

Thank youDesired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A FULL FEFUND OF 599,00

Review: Student Debts Forgiven charged me $600 to "enroll" in a loan debt reduction program. I have a signed contract for all services that were to be rendered. Based on my income my estimated monthly repayment was to be $11 a month. Once they had my $600 my "Sr representative" completely disappeared even after repeated emails and phone calls. When I finally reached someone they told me he no longer worked there although he still had an active VM. [redacted] story short they never did file anything on my behalf with my loan originator - they took my money and then disappeared. When I asked for my money back the woman told me she was going to put me on hold to check with a supervisor. I waited 30 min and she never came back to the phone. They also told me that I was "on the cusp" of loan default and when I asked my original lender if this was the case they said I am nowhere near default - more than 6 months.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: I paid $800 to have my student loans consolidated by this company. The company stayed in touch with me until the money was paid in full. I have not heard back from this company and I have service agreement documentation. They have not consolidated any of my loans. This company is a ripping people off, how do I get my money back?Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my $800.

Review: I have been 'working' with your company that the company HIGHLY spoke of since March 2015. Since then I have been increasingly unsatisfied and suspicious of this company. I have been redirected from one representative to another, told that a company you trusted before with sensitive information is no longer in contract with you. I had demanded my money back when I got [redacted] (another one of your rep), she spoke to her 'manager' and suggested I can only be refunded half because they had 'done so much work'. I was told that my application was nearly completed and I decided to continue. I had been working with your 'team' and sent over necessary information on a timely matter. I did not hear back from [redacted] after two weeks of her calling and reassuring me that everything was ok and that she would be my direct person of contact. INSTEAD after I left numerous messages and emails, I got another rep by the name of ** ([redacted]) stating [redacted] Is on 'medical leave' and that he will take over. I grew increasingly upset and suspicious in this matter and once again I was persuaded and reassured that I was in good hands. I only chose to give your company another shot because I looked into your site and saw **'s photo. After two exchanged emails and ANOTHER faxed document, ** disappeared. NO returned calls... NO emails. His number actually kept saying he was 'on another line' even when I call after hours. How is this possible? I tried emailing him today and surprise surprise.... His email was 'not found' in the freedom client email database. I called the direct line to the company 800-[redacted] and the line is disconnected. Suddenly Chelsea's number became a guy name '[redacted]' when I called. What are these guys trying to do?? This is absolute fraud and the email I sent for a response had bounced back to me. I want the $599 I paid for this service refunded ASAP or a response to this matter.Desired Settlement: I want answers and a refund!
